With elections less than two weeks away for the second phase, Ahmedabad Mirror spoke to youngsters who hardly participate in exercising their franchise. It was found that many of the first-time voters and others from different constituencies, were not even aware about the candidates of different parties in their constituencies.They were not even aware of their constituencies. However, there were also few who actually follow politics and elections to keep themselves updated about the happenings in their constituencies to make an informed choice.1. Usually, it is a family decision to vote. So, I really didn’t think much about it.3.
